Bought dough from a local shop, cheese was a mix of mozzarella and Munster. Cooked at 525 for 8 minutes on a preheated baking steel. Green peppers, red onion, bacon, pulled chicken, bbq base and drizzle on top. Crust brushed with butter and garlic salt.
