Ingredients

125g (4.4 oz) Fontina cheese
150g (5.3 oz) Parmesan cheese
125g (4.4 oz) Provolone cheese
4 garlic cloves
900g (2 lbs) ground beef & pork
1 tsp garlic powder
1 diced shallot
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Small handfull of chopped parsley
125g (4.4 oz) breadcrumbs
1 egg
Splash of water
1 tsp chili flakes
400g (14 oz) tomato can
1 tsp sugar
Small handfull of fresh basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
