  2. Hi Amy & Eric!!!…This was my Moms♡ fav kind of soup. She would make a little pot for herself. We didn't like it. Now we…do like it. It seems hers was alot darker. ❤like more tomatoes in it. Your soup looks mighty delicious 😋…YUMS!!!…Great Video!!!…🐧🦋

  4. I have the American's Test Kitchen cookbook. They don't puree the beans. They also add anchovies…I will NOT. They also add a rind of Parmesan. How many recipes would you say there are for Pasta e Fagioli? Love your channel!!

  5. That blue top looks so pretty on you Amy! Nice and colorful for your day of snowstorms. We were nice and sunny here in NorCal! That soup/stew looks so good, I need to go look it up on the website or in the book. It is right up my alley- lots of veggie and pasta with a tiny bit of meat.
