


I'm in my fourth try with the glazed pizza stone raised off the burners and it's going well. Two outside burners on high while the middle and sear are set to medium. After I launch the pie, I put the two burners back to high. 12 minute cook time with a spin at the halfway mark. I used a low moisture mozzarella cheese for the first time vs fresh and it worked out better, the wife liked the stretch of the cheese. 🍕
