this was my first time making pizza using instant yeast, so i went with a low risk option: pan pizza
i gotta say instant yeast is lowkey life changing. i’ve only ever really made bread using my sourdough starter and it’s a crazy realization that, relative to sourdough pizza, i can make this whenever i feel like haha
