In this video I’m sharing my simple Italian recipe for baked meatballs. You don’t have to fry your meatballs, just bake them in the oven. I’ll show you how I make them along with a bunch of helpful cooking tips from my Italian kitchen!

🟢 INGREDIENTS:
Ground beef. I’m using 85/15. See my notes below if you’re using leaner ground beef.
Egg
Extra virgin olive oil
Garlic clove – minced or finely diced.
Breadcrumbs. If using homemade make sure they are dry.
Romano cheese. You can use Parmesan cheese or even a mix of the two.
Cracked black pepepr
Himalayan salt (or other similar salt)
Fresh parsley (you can also use dried)
Fresh basil (you can also use dried)
