Hi all! I posted here while back about the 3 flavor on 1 slice pizza (still can’t decide what to call it).

I since started experimenting with thin-crust in this style, and I think it works a lot better because you’re not overwhelm with too much toppings.

Here are the latest two I tried today. Surprisingly, as a meat lover, I preferred the vegetarian pizza over the one with meats.

If you try this for your next potluck/party, I recommend thin crust.

The veggie pizza:

Inside: white sauce with chopped pineapple, jalapeños, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions with a bbq sauce drizzle.

Middle: red sauce with chopped black olives, green bell peppers, onions and mushrooms

Outer : pink sauce with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and feta cheese

The meat pizza: I reversed the middle and outside

Inside: pepperoni and jalapeños

Middle/outer : white garlic sauce, chicken, onions and linguica

Or

pepperoni, Italian sausage, onions and green bell peppers
