Check this out. Super simple pizza oven! Here’s the process:
– Weber Genesis 3 burner, propane
– Run all burners on high for 30 min
– Lower the middle burner to medium, for 15 min
– Check Stone temp with an infrared thermo
– Cook Pizza 3 minutes, rotate 90 degrees.
– Cook pizza another 3 minutes, until done!
