
Around a year and a half ago a co worker/friend got me into making home made pizzas, well I got hooked, to the point I was making them almost every single night. Long story short, my stomach didn’t like that after a couple months lol. Around the same time my stomach had its pizza reject, I got into fitness, and switched to chicken crust pizzas, which are ehhh. Tonight I got hungry, and returned to the dark side. I may have to pick up where I left off and try to perfect my thin crust recipe. Any dough seasoning tips? I like my consistency, but am lacking flavor.
