Chicken Pesto Pasta – Save Recipe Below 👇

My client Jon in Yorkshire ate this as his weekday lunch for 6 months and lost 20kg. He’s a big lad so his servings are bigger than 500 calories. It’s just a great reheat. Add broccoli if you want to bump up the fibre

Nutrition – 4 x 500 kcal (44P, 47C, 16F)

200g orzo (rissoni)
300g cooked chicken (400g raw)
200g spinach
400g Greek yogurt
80g green pesto
400ml chicken stock
30g Parmesan

Just throw it all together in a baking tray, mix well, top with cheese and bake at 200C for 30 minutes. This is mostly used as a lunch meal prep by clients but works as a family dinner too. If using raw chicken air or pan fry it first so you don’t have to overcook the orzo.

  2. Italians would say not approved 😒. First you cook pasta just in water and pinch of salt. Cccccc that's not how you cook pasta di right way😂😂😂
