I've been making Neapolitan pizza and Detroit pizza now for a year or so. Nothing earth shattering, but I'm getting better. These are made in our regular oven. I was given a pizza steel for my birthday and this was the first creation.

The red pizza has salami, roasted eggplant, mozzarella and some buffalo mozzarella.

The white pizza has roasted eggplant, red onion, buffalo mozzarella, ricotta cheese, and olive oil and sauteed garlic as a sauce.

Both came out super good!

I feel like the pizza dough will always be a work in progress. Even using the same measures it seems to vary from bake to bake.
