🌾 Healthy Atta Pasta Recipe | No Maida | Easy & Tasty
📝 Ingredients
• 1 cup Atta pasta (whole wheat pasta)
• 1 tbsp olive oil / butter/ mustard oil
• 1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)(optional)
• ½ cup onion (sliced)
• ½ cup capsicum (mixed colors)
• 2 tbsp tomato puree
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp oregano / Italian seasoning
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp pasta water (optional, for silkiness)
• Grated cheese (optional)

👩🍳 Method
1. Boil pasta in water with salt until al dente. Drain and keep some pasta water aside.
2. Heat oil/butter in a pan. Add garlic and sauté till aromatic.
3. Add onions and cook till soft. Toss in all veggies and stir-fry on high flame (keep them crunchy).
4. Add veggies, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and oregano. Cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add boiled atta pasta and a little pasta water. Toss well.
6. Sprinkle cheese if using and mix gently.
7. Switch off flame and serve hot ✨
