1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 handful fresh spinach
1 cup frozen strawberries & peaches blend (mine had bananas too!)
1/2 frozen banana

Blend until smooth, delicious! Feel free to add protein powder, collagen, greens powder, etc!)

BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp mustard of choice (I used Dijon!)
1 Tsp Italian seasoning
1 Tsp dried Basil
Pinch of salt
Shake and serve 💃🏻
