🍝 Gluten-Free Tomato Garlic Pasta
Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

Pasta 100–160 g ※Rummo Gluten-Free Pasta Made in Italy (or your favorite GF pasta)
Canned tomatoes 200 g
Onion 1/8–1/6 medium onion, thinly sliced
Garlic 1 clove, sliced + 1 clove for finishing
Salt koji 1 tbsp
Bacon 2–3 slices
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Water 150 ml
Black pepper, to taste
Grated cheese, to taste
Doubanjiang (chili bean paste) or sliced chili pepper, a small amount

Use gluten-free labeled doubanjiang if possible.
(Some brands contain wheat-derived ingredients.)

🥣 Microwave One-Bowl Pasta (600W)

① Garlic Oil Base
Add to a heat-safe bowl:
• 1 clove garlic (sliced)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/8 onion (finely chopped)
Mix well and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

② Tomato Sauce
Add 200 g canned tomatoes, mix, and microwave at
600W for 5 minutes to reduce acidity.

③ Add Pasta & Seasoning
Add:
• 30 g bacon (gluten-free if needed)
• 150 ml water
• 1 tbsp shio-koji
• 100 g pasta (gluten-free or regular)
Break pasta in half, make sure it is fully coated and submerged. Mix well.

④ Main Cooking
Microwave at 600W for the cooking time on the package + 2 minutes.
Stir once halfway through to prevent sticking.

⑤ Check Texture
Remove and stir well.
If pasta is still firm, microwave 30–60 seconds more.

⑥ Final Flavor
Add:
• A small amount of doubanjiang or sliced chili
• 1 clove garlic (grated)
Mix and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.

⑦ Finish
Top with:
• Grated cheese
• Basil
• A drizzle of olive oil

Done.
