



Feeling pretty happy about it. Launched it when the center of the stone was 420°C/790F. However i do feel like the bottom should be crispier. Don't get me wrong, the bottom was properly cooked. But when i reheat the leftovers the bottom is always better imo. I cant leave it in longer or the crust will burn.
Maybe next time i'll launch when the stone is 450°C/840F? I dunno. Any tips would be much appreciated!
