
I’ve been testing wheat alternatives for digestion and tried Reyvoo millet pasta recently. It’s made from sprouted millet, gluten-free, vegan, and super clean-label.
What stood out: no heaviness after eating, and it holds its texture well if you don’t overcook it.
Just sharing in case others here are experimenting with millet or ancient grains. I think its available in Canada on Amazon and Walmart.
