I bought one of those meat shredders a year ago. Used it once. Absolutely hated it, and gave it away.😅 I pull all of the stems off of spinach.😅 Texture issues.

Sundried tomato's are so underutilized. They add amazing flavor & so versitale. Great with fish, shrimp or scallops too

I would use roasted bell peppers instead.
