Made this carbonara after having an over priced broken one from a restaurant. I think I’m in love.

Next time I will save some of my crispy bits as a topper and not toss it all in, but it was delicious either way.

    Going to be trying to make a carbonara this weekend! OK my store (purtroppo) did not have guanciale so it’s just pancetta, but I’m looking forward to it!
