Sauce is a large can of San marzano tomatoes, but blended with a stick blender. Olive oil, fresh garlic, salt and chopped basil. It was frozen in ice cure trays over the summer
Cheese is a blend of full fat mozzarella, provolone, about 50/50.
Formal pepperoni, my local grocery store carries nothing better :(.
Not my first pizza pretty happy with the result though:)
