•Dough:
1-all purpose flour 2cups
2- half tbsp granulated sugar
3-salt 1/4 tsp
4- butter half cup cold
5-ice cold water half cup

•Apple filling:
1-4 apples peeled and sliced
2-1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder

•Butter sauce:
1-1/3 cup unsalted butter(6tbsp)
2-3/4 cup granulated sugar
3-1/8 cup cornflour
4/1/4 cup water
5-1 egg (for egg wash)
