Ingredients
• 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
• 90g of Butter
• 170g sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Nutmeg is optional
• Pinch of salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp almond extract (optional)
• 1 cup (175g) whole almonds

Method (Quick Steps)

1️⃣ Mix flour, baking powder & salt
2️⃣ cream butter ,sugar , eggs, vanilla & almond extract
3️⃣ Fold in whole almonds
4️⃣ Shape into 2 logs
5️⃣ Bake 180°C / 350°F – 20 min
6️⃣ Slice diagonally
7️⃣ Bake again 10–12 min, flip halfway
8️⃣ Cool & enjoy
