  1. Roasted Garlic Butter is the only one I have made already. Those crumpets with marmite will haunt me until I eat some! I think I might make a few sets of these and give them as gifts along with 5 sauces and 5 salad dressings next Christmas. Hey chef- any chance you could show us how to make 5 mustards?

  4. What’s up with the strange combination specific and unspecific in some of these recipes? Like, for the garlic and chilli butter you had a specific amount of each ingredient, except the butter.

  5. The seafood one was a ton of work and ingredients just to get like a 1/4 cup of butter from it.

  6. Let's be honest nobody's going to make this much better for their home because guess what you can't really store butter in the refrigerator longer than a couple of weeks. Also a lot of the recipes are just way out of budget I mean are you going to spend $50 to make a couple of sticks of butter😂😂😂😂
