What’s up with the strange combination specific and unspecific in some of these recipes? Like, for the garlic and chilli butter you had a specific amount of each ingredient, except the butter.
Let's be honest nobody's going to make this much better for their home because guess what you can't really store butter in the refrigerator longer than a couple of weeks. Also a lot of the recipes are just way out of budget I mean are you going to spend $50 to make a couple of sticks of butter😂😂😂😂

If you need to upgrade your butter, you've been using margarine.
Add a couple knobs of butter for shininess.
Also add a couple knobs of butter to thicken your butter.
Lastly add a couple knobs of butter to round out the taste of your butter.
