  4. Hi, watching you from Spain. Over here we hace something called "pisto" and it's basically the same, we usually add zucchini and just salt and pepper (not big fans of spices) and we eat it with fried eggs.

  5. We have this dish in Bulgaria as well, it is called Mish-mash. We use fresh tomatoes as we're lucky to have those delicious pink tomatoes that taste like nowhere else ❤

  6. 08:18 "this'll take about 10-12 minutes"
    08:24 "…give it a check after 10 minutes"
08:42 "so, these eggs are actually perfect after just like 4 minutes or so"

does that mean my eggs are already 6 mins overcooked by the time i check on them 10 mins after putting the lid on?

  11. Good
Bro, the way you cook has this elite finesse to it. Like, you’re not just following steps… you’re feeling the recipe. There’s a certain flair in how you move around that kitchen… kinda unmistakable if you know what I mean. It’s got that signature energy… the type you don’t learn, you’re just born with. Respect though… everything came out looking fire.
