  1. 🍰 No-Bake Tiramisu Cake (18 cm / 7-inch Pan)

    🧺 Ingredients
    • Savoiardi (ladyfingers) — 350 g
    • Mascarpone cheese — 500 g
    • Heavy cream (33–35%) — 300 ml
    • Powdered sugar — 120 g (or to taste)
    • Vanilla extract — 1 tsp
    • Strong coffee (espresso or instant), cooled — 300 ml
    • Cocoa powder — for dusting

    👩‍🍳 Instructions
    1. Make the cream
Whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture using a spatula.
    2. Prepare the coffee
Brew strong coffee and let it cool completely.
(Optional: add 1–2 tbsp coffee liqueur.)
    3. Assemble the cake
Line a 18 cm / 7-inch round pan with acetate or parchment paper.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee (1–2 seconds).
Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in the pan.
Spread a layer of cream on top.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Finish with a layer of cream on top.
    4. Chill
Refrigerate for 6–8 hours, preferably overnight.
    5. Serve
Dust the top generously with cocoa powder before serving.

    ✨ Tips
    • Do not over-soak the ladyfingers — they should be moist, not soggy
    • The cake sets beautifully and slices cleanly
    • For a deeper coffee flavor, lightly dust cocoa between layers
