All the comfort of lasagna, none of the layering. This really is THE soup 🥣 you need to make this winter szn.
Ingredients
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 onion, diced
• 3 spicy Italian sausages
• ½ jar tomato sauce
• 3 cups chicken broth
• ½ cup heavy cream
• ½ box lasagna noodles, crushed
• ½ cup mozzarella
• ¼ cup parmesan
• ¼ cup basil
Recipe
1️⃣ Heat oil in a large pot. Sauté garlic and onion until soft and lightly golden.
2️⃣ Add sausage, breaking it up, and cook until browned.
3️⃣ Stir in tomato sauce, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
4️⃣ Add crushed lasagna noodles and bring to a boil. Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5️⃣ Lower heat and stir in mozzarella, parmesan, and basil until melty and creamy.
6️⃣ Bring to a gentle final boil, then turn off heat.
7️⃣ Finish with extra parmesan and basil if you’re feeling it~
