β’ Pasta (Boiled) β 1 cup
β’ Butter β 3 tsp (divided)
β’ Oil β 1 tsp
β’ All-purpose flour (Maida) β 2 tsp
β’ Milk β 1 glass (add gradually)
β’ Mozzarella Cheese β 2 tsp
β’ Green Capsicum β 2 tbsp (chopped)
β’ Red Capsicum β 2 tbsp (chopped)
β’ Yellow Capsicum β 2 tbsp (chopped)
β’ Sweet Corn β 2 tbsp
β’ Broccoli β 2 tbsp
β’ Black Pepper β Β½ tsp
β’ Salt β to taste
β’ Oregano β Β½ tsp
β’ Red Chilli Flakes β Β½ tsp
π©βπ³ METHOD (Step-by-Step )
1β’ Switch on the stove and heat a pan.
2β’ Add 2 tsp butter and let it melt.
3β’ Add chopped capsicum (green, red, yellow), sweet corn, and broccoli.
4β’ Lightly sautΓ© the vegetables until slightly cooked. Remove and keep aside.
5β’ In the same pan, add 1 tsp butter + 1 tsp oil.
6β’ Once hot, add 2 tsp maida and fry until aromatic (do not brown).
7β’ Slowly add milk little by little while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
8β’ Add salt, black pepper, oregano, and red chilli flakes.
9β’ Cook for 1 minute until the sauce becomes creamy.
10β’ Add mozzarella cheese and mix well.
11β’ Now add sautΓ©ed vegetables and boiled pasta.
12β’ Mix gently and cook for 1β2 minutes.
13β’ Creamy white sauce pasta is ready to serve.
