  1. Big storm coming to California this Christmas. Weather was beautiful in LA on Thanksgiving but super foggy for most of Hanukkah and possible rain on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Food looks good and I think it would be a great crowd pleaser on any holiday and looks perfect for summer cookouts too.

  2. Tried this last night. I used my own pizza dough. Came out seriously good. Great as leftover too. I reheated a couple of slices in the toaster oven on bake setting (365, because it was already set there). 20 minutes was enough time to heat thru. Crust a bit more crunchy, which is how I like it anyway. 
    I allowed mine to cool on a wire rack. I wanted to be sure the bottom had air around it and it didn't sit for 10 minutes steaming the bottom of the crust. I'm sure the 10 minute rest is key to allowing it to cool some so the filling sets up a little and doesn't squish out when slicing. Don't worry, it will still be mighty hot.
