Method: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out pastry Sheets and make rounds using the cutter. Place on a baking sheet, prick with a fork and brush with egg wash. Bake for 10-14 mins until brown. 2. Heat strawberry jam with rosemary and cointreau. 3. Mix walnuts and honey together. 4. Cut sides of wheel to square up the cheese, cut into small squares. 5. Assemble, place puff pasty on a tray, top with brie squares, jam and finally the walnut mixture. Enjoy.
