– 80 g (3 oz) of parmesan
– 100 g (4 oz) of spicy provolone cheese
– 50 g (2 oz) butter
– 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
– 500 ml (2 cups) of milk
– Salt, pepper, nutmeg
– Olive oil

If you cook this dish in the oven for some 30 mins at the end i guess you boil the pasta only half way, say 5 mins? Is that correct?
