Pasta boil karein
Paani me namak + 1–2 boond oil daal kar pasta ubal le or chaan kar side me rakh dein
sauted veggies
pan me butter melt krein
fir veggies add krke 2 min saute kre
White sauce banayein
Pan me butter melt karein
Ab maida daal kar low flame par 1–2 min bhunein
Milk add karein
Dheere-dheere milk daalte hue continuously stir karein
Lumps na banne dein
Sauce thick aur smooth hone de
Seasoning
Salt, black pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, cheese daalein
Veggies or pasta achhi tarah mix karke 1–2 min cook karein
