Just imagine: crispy garlic bread combined with tender Camembert, sweet honey, and aromatic bacon. I ate two of these loaves in two days and I don’t regret a thing. Bread – 1 Camembert – 1 pc. Butter – 40 g Bacon – 3 slices Honey – 2 tbsp Garlic – 2 cloves Salt – 1/3 tsp Thyme. 1. Cut a hole in the bread the size of the Camembert, trim off any excess crumb. Make diagonal cuts all over the bread. 2. Place the Camembert in the hole and also make diagonal cuts. 3. Melt the butter, add salt, crushed garlic and thyme leaves. 4. Pour some of the mixture over the Camembert, generously grease the slits in the bread with the rest. 5. Finely chop the bacon, place it in a cold frying pan and fry until the fat is melted. 6.
