I feel like I would have cooked the chicken first and covered the zucchini in a Parmesan cheese/garlic breadcrumb crust before setting it up n baking (N I don’t like tomatoes so yea none of those lol) idk tho I would maybe try it that way but maybe I’m too picky I’m not loving this recipe…the texture of the zucchini at the end is not it for me😅 with the breading mixture it would maybe come out with a crisp outside n I that would b much more palatable BUT to each their own!!❤
I’d add the eggs first and beat them, then add the yogurt and seasoning, mixing, and then the chicken and cheese. Last ten to fifteen minutes, I’d cover it with cheese and breadcrumbs or tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese—At the very least, salt and pepper.
I will make but with some adjustments, like steaming the zucchini first and then brushing them with butter, plus adding a few other ingredients, but that’s me always enhancing

I would cook the chicken first. I prefer it well done.
The recipe looks delicious. I am from Palm Harbor Florida. I also like my zucchini steamed with butter salt and pepper.
