🍕How to make the World’s Best Freaking Pizza Sauce!!! 🇮🇹 Join me in my kitchen today as we make the most delicious pizza sauce topping I’ve ever had. This recipe comes from my friend Margherita in a small village Vico Del Gargano in Puglia Italy. Ingredients:
One 15 oz can of chopped or whole, or puréed San Marzano Tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic chopped, 2 teaspoons of dried oregano, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, pinch of hot pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of cappers and 3 anchovies. Now stir and then use immersion blender for 45 seconds. Bam!!! 💥 Place in a jar for a few hours or overnight for flavors to marry well. Last 3 days in the fridge. This is the best pizza sauce I have ever had. Easy and fast to make at home. Enjoy!
