– Bay Leaves – 2 nos.
– Mutton Keema – 500 gm
– Onion – 1 nos.
– Carrot – 4 tbsp (chopped)
– Celery – 4 tbsp (chopped)
– Garlic – 8-10 nos.
– Red Wine – 100 ml
– Tomato Puree – 500 gm
– Basil – 6-8 nos.
– Rosemary – 1 tsp
– Thyme – 1/2 tsp
– Chili Flakes – 2 tsp
– Salt to taste
– Black Pepper – 1.5 tsp

## BECHAMEL

– Butter – 50 gm
– Flour – 50 gm
– Milk – 500 ml
– Nutmeg – 1/4 tsp (freshly grated)

## LASAGNA ASSEMBLY

– Ragu
– Lasagna Sheet
– Ragu
– Bechamel Sauce
– Mozzarella Cheese
– Parmesan Cheese
– THEN REPEAT
