Ingredients
Chicken Seasoning
* 4 chicken breasts, sliced in half
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp crushed red pepper
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
* 1 tsp black pepper
Pasta Seasoning
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp crushed red pepper
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
* 1 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 chicken bouillon cube
Remaining Ingredients
* 1 pack pasta of your choice
* 1/2 yellow onion, diced
* 2–3 tomatoes
* 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1 cup reserved pasta water
* Mozzarella cheese (optional, for creaminess)

Steps
1. Cook the pasta:Boil pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and set the pasta aside.
2. Season the chicken:Slice the chicken breasts in half and season thoroughly with all the spices listed under Chicken Seasoning.
3. Cook the chicken:Lightly spray a pan and cook the chicken on medium–high heat for about 8 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the pan.
4. Prepare the tomato base:In the same pan, add the diced onion and whole tomatoes. Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for 5–7 minutes until the tomato skins soften and loosen.
5. Build the sauce:Mash the softened tomatoes in the pan. Add parsley, the Pasta Seasoning, heavy cream, and the reserved pasta water. Stir in mozzarella cheese if using.
6. Simmer:Allow the sauce to simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
7. Combine:Add the cooked pasta back into the pan. Mix well, cover, and cook for another 2–3 minutes to let everything come together.
