๐ Garlic Bread Using Pizza Base- Recipe
Ingredients:
โก1 readymade pizza base
โก2 tbsp butter (softened)
โก1 tbsp olive oil (optional but recommended)
โก1 garlic (cloves)
โก1 tbsp chopped coriander or parsley
โกยฝ tsp mixed herbs
โกยฝ tsp chilli flakes
โกA pinch of salt
โกCheese (mozzarella or processed, as you like)
โกOptional: Oregano seasoning, peri-peri, jalapeรฑos
๐ช Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Prepare Garlic Butter
โIn a pan, add garlic cloves and olive oil and roast garlic until golden brown and soft.
โIn a bowl, mix softened butter, roasted garlic and add herbs, chilli flakes, salt, and coriander.
โStir until it becomes a flavourful garlic paste.
2๏ธโฃ Prep the Pizza Base
Spread a generous amount of garlic butter all over it โ donโt skip the edges!
Add cheese on top (as much as your soul allows ๐ง).
3๏ธโฃ Bake It
โกPreheat oven: 180ยฐC for 10 minutes (top + bottom rods ON).
โกPlace the tray in the middle rack.
โกBake for 6โ8 minutes OR until the cheese melts and the edges turn golden.
โกIf you want a slight crust: switch to top heat only for the last 1 minute.(or shift to grill+ convection mode). It will give the cheese nice and soft golden spots.
4๏ธโฃ Serve
Slice into strips or triangles.
Sprinkle oregano + chilli flakes or drizzle chilli oil on top.
Serve hot for the best cheese pull!
