In today’s recipe, I made a delicious Paneer Bun Pizza in the air fryer — a quick, cheesy and flavour-packed snack that combines the goodness of paneer tikka with the fun of mini bun pizzas. This recipe is super easy, uses minimal ingredients, and needs no onion or tomato. I marinated only the paneer with curd and spices, added fresh capsicum and corns for extra crunch.
The buns turn perfectly crisp in just a few minutes, giving a beautiful pizza-like base. The paneer tikka gets a slight smoky roast, and the cheese melts into a rich, creamy layer that ties everything together. The flavour of marinated paneer make every bite taste like a desi-style tandoori pizza.

Ingredients:
For Marinated Paneer
• ½ cup paneer cubes
• 3 tbsp hung curd
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 Tbsp red chilli powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp cumin powder
• ½ tsp kasuri methi
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp mustard oil
Veggies / Toppings
• ½ cup chopped capsicum (red, green, yellow)
• 2 tsp corns
For Bun Pizza
• 2 Burger buns
• 2 tsp mayonnaise
• 2 tsp pizza sauce
• ½ cup mozzarella cheese
• 2 cheese slice
• 2 cubes of processed cheese (grated)
• 2 tsp Butter
Method
1. Marinate Only the Paneer
1. Mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, spices, mustard oil, and salt.
2. Add paneer cubes and coat well.
3. Rest for 10–15 minutes.
3. Prepare the Buns
1. Cut buns into halves.
2. Brush lightly with butter.
4. Assemble Your Bun Pizza
1. Spread mayonnaise & pizza sauce on buns
2. Add cheese slice & grated cheese
3. Add capsicum (red, green, yellow), corns
4. Add paneer tikka pieces.
5. Add a thick layer of processed cheese & mozzarella cheese.
5. Final Air Fry
1. Set the air fryer to 180°C.
2. Air fry the assembled bun pizzas for 7–8 minutes or until cheese melts.
