ITALIAN HOT CHOCOLATE S
Ingredients:
180ml Milk
1.5tbsp cocoa powder
1-2tsp sugar
1.5tsp cornstarch + 20ml milk
50g Dark chocolate (use good quality chocolate)
1. First mix milk, cocoa and sugar with a whisk.
2. Then turn on the flame and let it come to a boil and make sure to keep stirring.
3. Once it comes to boil and cornstarch slurry and keep whisking it.
4. Then add the chocolate and whisk well till chocolate dissolves and lastly it becomes shiny
