Love how it looks, but hate recipes because of American measurement system. Half a cup of water, 3 packets (lol), 5 feet of this, 2 freedom eagle of that. I just use grams for everything or ml if I really have to. How I'm supposed to know how much is a packet of gelatine? We have gelatine in 20g bags or 600g cups, I guess that's not it.

Making marshmallows is pointless. Don’t do it. Just buy them – they’re marshmallows.
I tried #2 and made a full 275ml cup, it was incredible but I had to stop drinking half way lol. It's too much chocolate for one day (there's 100g per cup)
I think for the next time I'll put half the chocolate
