Tiramisu is Italy’s most iconic no-bake dessert — rich, creamy layers of
mascarpone custard, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and a heavy dusting of cocoa.
It’s elegant without trying, indulgent without being overly sweet, and ridiculously
easy once you understand the process.
The silky mascarpone filling is made with a gently cooked egg-yolk custard,
folded with whipped cream for that cloud-like texture. The ladyfingers soak up
strong coffee in seconds, giving every bite that deep espresso punch.
Make it once, and you’ll understand why this dessert never goes out of style.
