  4. id just use red lentil pasta, 15g of protein per serving 36 carbs which will totally be cushioned by all the fat & protein & shouldnt cause a blood sugar spike

  6. I wonder how the macros fits into a day's totals. I just increased my fats to 100g/day, which is a lot. One serving of this delicious bake, however … I'd have to be eating plain, fat free chicken all day leading up to it, lol

  7. Just to let you know, they now make spaghetti noodles out of cauliflower , so you can get noodles made from cauliflower
