4. You can mix and match and play around with so many different mushrooms!
Also, one request- please use light soy sauce for this! Don’t use the extra vinegary soy brands.

One of my favorite easy dishes from college was something similar but with a lot more parmesan. I'll try adding a bit of soy sauce to it next time!
