Veggies of choice ( onion / tomato/ cucmber / bell pepper)

Recipe –
🍚toast quinoa on non stick pan for 5-7 minutes until they are crispy.
🧆 At same time on other no. stick toast chickpeas and Paneer diced .
Add salt , red chilli powder , chaat masala to chickpeas
Add salt chilli flakes , oregano to paneer.

🥗Cut and chop all veggies by that time
we have used onion, cucumber, tomato, green bell pepper .

🫗Dressing – use 2 spoons olive oil + chopped garlic 3-4 cloves + salt + chilli flakes + oregano + black pepper +Cumin powder + chat masala + lime juice .

🥙In a bowl mix all veggies , quinoa, chickpeas, paneer and drizzle the dressing.
