  1. Yah, that's fine. It's about what you'd spend on that bottle in a grocery store because nothing cheaper is worth stocking. The pasta would be a dollar. A loaf of bread would be a dollar. A head of lettuce would be a dollar. If you were buying wholesale and cutting it down to just the portions used in the meal, it might only cost a couple bucks, but $10 is fine for a meal at a restaurant where the ingredients were sorced and prepared for you with overhead for staff and location that need to be paid before anything gets into the profit margin.
