Homemade Cream Cheese for 10 minutes

Ingredients
– 3 cups whole milk (3.5% fat)
– 1 cup half and half (5% cream)
– Juice from 1/2 lemon
– 1/2 tea spoon salt

Mix milk and half and half, wait until it boils and remove from the heat, add lemon juice and wait for couple minutes. Strain the cheese and rinse with water. Remove the moisture, add salt and blend into purée.
