This would have to be my dream Pizza! In the past I have made something similar with the chicken and artichoke hearts on a double layer tortilla. I just could never find the right sauce (I was using jarred sauce, typical tomato-based sauce). Pesto seems to be the way to go! I am going to have to try to replicate this at home. I will have to leave the curry powder off the chicken though because I think that would really clash with the pesto.

Pinky G’s is awful! So disappointing to see Triple D supporting a place like this. They’re employees are extremely discriminatory towards people with disabilities and they are disability-UNFRIENDLY. I was denied entry to this pizzeria due to my disability (which is illegal). I entered with my service dog and the employees kicked us out because I could not provide “service dog registration” (which is fake btw, anyone can buy this online). As someone with a true disability and service animal, according to the Americans with Disabilities Act, staff may only ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required due to a disability and (2) what tasks are they trained to perform. I was not asked EITHER of these questions and instead was harassed about my animals certification and then denied entry – both are illegal. Do better Pinky Gs and Guy Fieri
