We LoVe porcini mushrooms so after tagliatelle with porcini you can see how we prepare in my family a nice risotto with fresh porcini mushrooms! Of course, the quantity of fresh porcini we use is abundant as my Italian husband brings home lots of them from the mountain near our house.
Of course, if you don’t have access to this amount of fresh porcini can add some dried porcini (you need to soak them in warm water for 15 minutes before cooking them – for more details watch the recipe of tagliatelle to see the whole procedure) and use less fresh just for the extra texture and taste.
