Very excellent "easy" recipe. The people who want something from a 10x Michelin star chef need look elsewhere. This recipe is fantastic. The only change I make is to add some milk or cream along with the water. Thank you.
One thing that I would say is that pan looks like a pan with nonstick coating. You're using metal utensils on that so you risk getting that coating in the soup, which is not good for you.
I should be able to make this soup 😂 Thanks 👍 you have kept me alive for the next month. Cheers. My crusty rolls i learned to make will go well with this lovely tomato soup.
YES I LOVE THIS RECIPE Every single other video showed me how to make a tomato soup from scratch but all I had today was a can of tomatoes. I did not have the time to be roasting every ingredient like the other videos showed me. This recipe was very simple, straightforward, and delicious.
The change I make is use Cento San Marzano tomatoes from Italy. (Tomatoes do matter) Also I add chicken stock instead of water. Also add 1 tbsp sugar. Adding 1/3rd heavy cream and parm cheese at end!!
I used whole peeled tomotoes since thats all I had. I added sugar, heavy cream and parm cheese. If you don't have a blender and you want soup I'd recommend using tomotoes sauce. this recipe is a great base. i used chicken broth not water. tomoto paste for color added.
I know this is crazy but I think this is so much tastier than the roasted tomato version. I feel like this is more tomatoey and not as rich (which I prefer)
if you want an easier recipe get a can of spaghetti sauce heat it up on the stove add some heavy whipping cream and if need be a little water after it's heated you can either eat it as is or you can blend it and then eat it smooth you've got all the seasonings all the tomato and all you had to do is heat up spaghetti sauce and cream and you're done unless you wanna blend it

Add cream or clotted cream for a smooth taste😅😅😅
You are not supposed to use extra virgin olive oil for frying.
Thank you. Easy peasy. Thank you for being understandable.
Like this simple easy quick. Thank u!!!
This is not soup
Your water sure is dirty

Everybody’s so creative!😂
Yeah I'd probably use less water maybe 300 ml or use heavy cream but this is definitely a handier way of making good soup thanks
You don't add sugar? Not even a tablespoon?
Done well very well 👏
How much onion do you use?
hmm can i mash tomato and add it in it or i have to buy cans for it???

as an indian seeing canned tomatos grossed me out
No Italian seasoning?!
No.
I love soup, thanks for this soup recipe.
-Certainly the soup guy
it sure is easy but one hour is quite long 😔😔
Add milk and sun-dried tomatoes, yummy 😋
It’s kinda bland, it just tastes like hot tomatoes
Add 3 cloves of garlic (adds half a clove)
Who are you feeding? A mouse?
Why is the water red….?
Add cream and cheese and you have a cheesy tomato soup
Replace half the water with some sort of meat/veg stock eg:chicken stock
Recipe???
Bro’s gonna cry with the onions
I would normally substitute water for homemade veg stock. Good recipe!
Olive oil,onion,salt,canned crushed tomatoes,water,pepper.
Finally one where you don't need a blender… saving!

1 hour? 5-10 min for onions? That's wild!
Yummy
