Simply heat up the milk (I used full fat milk), when it starts boiling, add the lemon juice. Curdles will form, rinse the curdles and process until soft for a couple of minutes you get soft cheese. #shorts #creamcheese #foodie

  1. This isn't quite correct. You have to use cultured buttermilk for curdling. It takes longer but has a better flavor. Also, add some actual cream.
