How to make Tortilla Pizzas?
1. Prepare one piece of tortilla
2. Spread some olive oil
3. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, baby spinach, sliced sweet pepper and sliced onion on top
4. Bake at 400F/200C for 10 minutes

    So much criticism – a nice simple snack that can use up whatever you have in the fridge. I love it!

    HINT: adding HEAT in any form RUINS the nutritional elements of a delicate leafy green like spinach! eat it in a salad or put in a smoothie!

    when we make these, we put them in the oven for 5-8 mins to stiffen up a little in the middle.

    Mi fa ridere vedere tanta gente sconvolta dalla mancanza di salsa di pomodoro o la carne: ci sono tante pizze deliziose senza questi ingredienti. Mi disgusta la presenza degli spinaci. Non basta mettere la mozzarella su qualcosa e chiamarla pizza…
